1. Company Information

These terms apply to services provided by Arada Moment Events Management L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company (Single Owner) registered in Dubai, UAE under DET License No. 1632192 and Commercial Register No. 2881742.

2. Licensed Services

We provide only services registered under our DET trade license, including: Events Organizing & Managing, Wedding Parties Organizing, Parties & Entertainment Services, Performing Arts & Music Festivals, Live Theatrical Show Production, Parties & Events Filming, Hospitality Services, and Hall Social Events.

3. Bookings & Contracts

All event bookings require a signed service agreement and deposit payment to secure the event date. Quotations provided through our website are preliminary estimates and are subject to revision following detailed consultation. Final binding quotes are issued in writing by our coordination team.

4. Pricing & VAT

All prices quoted are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. Official invoices are provided for all transactions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms are specified in individual event contracts. Deposit payments are generally non-refundable within 30 days of the event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Consumer Rights

As a DET-licensed business, we comply with Dubai consumer protection regulations. For consumer rights information, visit www.consumerrights.ae. Clients have the right to receive a purchase receipt for all payments made.

7. Intellectual Property

Event photographs and videos produced under our Parties & Events Filming license remain the property of Arada Moment Events Management L.L.C until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in their service contract.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Courts of Dubai.
